	Network Online - No Known Issues
	5/6/2025 1:30 PM Central (RESOLVED)- Servers were experiencing connectivity issues between 1:30pm and 1:50pm. Servers are online and functioning as normal (RESOLVED).
	4/4/24 8:00 AM Central- MDToolbox Support Phone Lines are experiencing issues. RESOLVED
	Routine Maintenance: 3/13/25 ~11pm-12am Central Time - Scheduled routine maintenance - COMPLETED.

	No Known Issues
	2/22/24 through 3/3/24 - For the last week a major pharmacy software vendor was experiencing server issues and several pharmacy chains were no longer able to receive EPCS (Costco, Safeways, others..) The vendor is now reporting RESOLVED and all pharmacies should now be working as expected.
	7/13/2023 Eligibility/Hx Lookups for certain patients: Caremark and related Benefit Management were experiencing server issues for part of the day. RESOLVED
	8/23/2024 Slowness: The E-RX Hub experienced server slowness causing delays in e-Sends (e-sends successful but slow). RESOLVED.
	Pharmacy: All other pharmacies online: No Known Issues
