	Network Online - No Known Issues
	Scheduled Product Upgrade: 7/11/2024 ~11:00 pm to 1:00 am Central Time - Engineers will be completing a small upgrade to the product and servers. The drug compendium will be upgraded and patches installed. No other changes will be made/no downtime is expected. For more info see CompendiumUpdates2024.pdf COMPLETE.
	8/23/2024 2:30pm CT MDToolbox experienced a random slowness/lag in some areas being caused by slow connections to the e-Prescribe Hub. RESOLVED.
	4/4/24 8:00 AM Central- MDToolbox Support Phone Lines are experiencing issues. RESOLVED
	Upcoming Schedule: 9/4/24 ~11pm-1am Central Time - Engineers will be completing maintenance late Wednesday night- servers will remain up and available for most of the maintenance. Thank you for your patience.

	No Known Issues
	2/22/24 through 3/3/24 - For the last week a major pharmacy software vendor was experiencing server issues and several pharmacy chains were no longer able to receive EPCS (Costco, Safeways, others..) The vendor is now reporting RESOLVED and all pharmacies should now be working as expected.
	7/13/2023 Eligibility/Hx Lookups for certain patients: Caremark and related Benefit Management were experiencing server issues for part of the day. RESOLVED
	8/23/2024 Slowness: The E-RX Hub experienced server slowness causing delays in e-Sends (e-sends successful but slow). RESOLVED.
	Pharmacy: All other pharmacies online: No Known Issues
