| 2/22/24 through 3/3/24 - For the last week a major pharmacy software vendor was experiencing server issues and
several pharmacy chains were no longer able to receive EPCS (Costco, Safeways, others..) The vendor is now reporting RESOLVED and all pharmacies should now be working
as expected.

| 7/13/2023 Eligibility/Hx Lookups for certain patients: Caremark and related Benefit Management were experiencing
server issues for part of the day. RESOLVED

| 5/11/2023 Connect Errors: The E-RX Hub reporting intermittent connect issues affecting e-sends the mornng of May 11. RESOLVED. Any e-sends that received errors should send the message again. |
