Scheduled Product Upgrade: March 13 ~11:00 pm to 1:00 am Central Time - Engineers will be completing a small upgrade to the product and servers. The product will be upgraded to a new drug database and a couple other very small enhancements including additional security upgrades. For more info see MDToolbox Upgrade Flyer
4/4/2024 12 pm - 1pm central - MDToolbox was experiencing server slow downs / errors for some users. RESOLVED.
4/4/24 8:00 AM Central- MDToolbox Support Phone Lines are experiencing issues. RESOLVED

Pharmacy Network Status

No Known Issues
2/22/24 through 3/3/24 - For the last week a major pharmacy software vendor was experiencing server issues and several pharmacy chains were no longer able to receive EPCS (Costco, Safeways, others..) The vendor is now reporting RESOLVED and all pharmacies should now be working as expected.
7/13/2023 Eligibility/Hx Lookups for certain patients: Caremark and related Benefit Management were experiencing server issues for part of the day. RESOLVED
5/11/2023 Connect Errors: The E-RX Hub reporting intermittent connect issues affecting e-sends the mornng of May 11. RESOLVED. Any e-sends that received errors should send the message again.
Pharmacy: All other pharmacies online: No Known Issues
