9/22/2025 8:30 AM Central- (RESOLVED/MONITORING) This morning from certain locations users were experiencing random connectivity issues. Issue was related to a downstream ISP/Internet issue that only effected certain locations. We believe the ISP has resolved the issue now but we continue to monitor. If you are unable to connect please close your browser and try again.
4/4/24 8:00 AM Central- MDToolbox Support Phone Lines are experiencing issues. RESOLVED
Routine Maintenance: 9/4/25 ~11pm-1am Central Time - Scheduled routine maintenance - COMPLETE

Pharmacy Network Status

No Known Issues
2/22/24 through 3/3/24 - For the last week a major pharmacy software vendor was experiencing server issues and several pharmacy chains were no longer able to receive EPCS (Costco, Safeways, others..) The vendor is now reporting RESOLVED and all pharmacies should now be working as expected.
7/13/2023 Eligibility/Hx Lookups for certain patients: Caremark and related Benefit Management were experiencing server issues for part of the day. RESOLVED
8/23/2024 Slowness: The E-RX Hub experienced server slowness causing delays in e-Sends (e-sends successful but slow). RESOLVED.
Pharmacy: All other pharmacies online: No Known Issues
