Mandatory EPCS in Virginia

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe signed House Bill 2165 into law on February 21st, 2017. This Act requires prescribers to electronically prescribe all controlled substances by July 1, 2020 in an effort to combat opioid abuse and addiction.
