How does the 30 day free trial work?
You have 30 days to try out our ePrescribing software for free (no credit card needed). You will have full access to all the features and be able to send real prescriptions. If you are not satisfied with the system, simply cancel within the 30 days and never pay a cent. At the end of the 30 days, you will be able to sign up for our month to month or annual plan.
I’ve seen other e-Prescribing systems offered for free. Why should I pay to use your system?
Free e-Prescribing systems have several red flags such as device limitations, HIPAA compliance issues, your patient data is sold, hidden costs, advertisements that can hinder the workflow, poor support, etc. At MDToolbox we pride ourselves on providing a 100% secure, stress-free solution with no hidden agendas.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
We do offer a discount if you choose an annual plan but it's absolutely not required. We also offer great priced month to month plans that allow you to cancel at any time.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you have the option to switch between plans or change from month to month to an annual plan at any time. Changes will be reflected on the following month's charges. If you sign up for an annual plan, you will need to wait until the end of the term to switch to month to month.
Do I have to pay more for staff members?
No, you only pay per provider. Additional staff can use our e-Prescribing system at no extra charge.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We also have the option to invoice you (so you can pay by check), please contact us for further details.
